Embroidered Patches
Get your idea or your brand logo made into embroidery patch for your apparel, it is come with many backing types, most demanded backing type is iron on. It is easier to apply patch on your cloting, harts in just 15 seconds.
Woven Patches
When need patch with bunch of details in smaller size, woven patches are recommended for outstanding result. it has same durabilty as the embrodiery patcehs have.
Leather Patches (Faux and original)
It is demaded patch made with (Faux and original) it is also come with iron on backing, it is cleaned and durable for uniforms.
Printed (Submilation Patches)
Printed sublimation patches are most common patches, in this patch we can print any of your logo with bunch of colors and have multipe details it can printed as Submiation for making the patch for your clothing, hats etc. It is also come with iron on backing too.
PVC Patches
PVC patches are washable, it dosen't runied in any weather. it is also called rubber patches. it has longest durabliy and dosen't come with iron on backing cause of made by rubber material, it is mostly come with velcro backing and so on.
Digitization / Vector art
Digitization is a file that command the embroidery machine how to run and make the design. We deliver digitizing files in all required fiel format, most common in DST, PES, EMB so on.
Vector file is at least 300 dpi for high resolution printing. We turn raster image to vector file.
Velcro Backing
Velcro backing come with hook and loops, One side of the velcro is attached to the patch and other size of the veclro need to be stitch to the clothing to stich the patch.
Iron on Backing
Iron on backing is alredy applied at the back of patch, in order to apply the patch to the apparel you need apply pressure for 25 seconds in temperature 360 Fahrenheit.
Peal Off Backing
It is called double side tape backing, it is most for a couple of use only. it is not recommended for long run.
Saftey Pin Backing
At the backing of the saftery pin is attached you can wear the patch by the help of safty pin.
